Paul St. Martin is exceptional at all steps of the process which is such a rollercoaster but he remains positive, supportive, and willing to go to the mats for you. We avoided disaster with the first house we made an offer on and had other hurdles in the final steps of the 2nd house but Paul never gave up and kept working hard. I am now a homeowner for the first time and have such excitement for the future for my kids to have this safe and nice home. We had an amazing agent. Paul went way above and beyond for us. We started with a couple properties we really wanted in Oroville. Paul went and took detailed videos and photos of each property before we even looked in person. Once going in person with his help and much research and questioning people Paul helped us decide they just weren’t the right fit for our family. My husband then found a property in Hawk Creek we wanted to see. Paul made arrangements for us to meet him there (he traveled 2 1/2 each way). Paul St Martin spent the last year helping me search for my dream home, and last week I closed on the perfect house! While the search might seem long, only a few houses fit my criteria in that time.
