Katelyn was AMAZING to work with! We appreciated her attention to detail and rapid responses. She was very knowledgeable, looked out for us, and DID NOT PRESSURE us! Listed my mother’s house with Tara. She was amazing and made every step super smooth. Her assistant, kaitlin was very great commuicator and always kept me in the know. Tara got the listing up and running the day i requested and had buyers looking at it immediately. The contract negotiations were very easy as she walked me through it and gave me great advice.
