For one of the most stressful times in life, buying a new house with Jim Quimby of ReMax Infinity was an absolutely fantastic experience! In buying a 125 year-old house, I knew there would be challenges, especially when financing using a VA loan, but Jim helped me clear every hurdle for an on time close. I was buying the house from out of state and didn’t have any contacts for contractors and inspectors and the house needed some repairs and/or inspections from the roof to the foundation to clear the VA loan process. Jim put me in touch and even coordinated the work and inspections.
