I called the agent, Annmarie Bruno/Garcia, once, to ask a simple question as she was the listing agent on a home in Ringwood NJ. When she called me back, I told her I had my realtor at that point who will be in touch with her. She downright erupted on the phone, yelling that I was barred from seeing the property because she thought she had a rightful claim to being a dual rep if I was a buyer because she spoke with me initially and was entitled to the whole commission. This was of course a ridiculous and insane audacity of an unhinged person who needs help. Fortunately, I wasn't really enthused about that property but if I was, I'd certainly pursue the matter with the state licensing agency. She is simply on another garish level.
