The first 2 years was a disaster with Joanne as the property manager took her 5 months to get us a new dishwasher. After that we got Donna Williams (assuming Joanne got canned) and she was better and prompt with responding to us. Proceed with caution when renting from this company.

David Fridovich was our buying agent he is so AWESOME!! He was a Godsend during our transition to the Florida area. My realtor, Kathy Agner is the best!!! She went above and beyond to help me purchase my home in Bartow. Stuck by me for months, looked at numerous houses, some twice and three times and never complained about my constant emails and tests. If you need a fantastic realtor, Kathy's the one. You won't be disappointed.

The biggest mistake I made when selling my house was hiring an agent from this firm. She did not work for my interest. She would not even leave her house. She emailed family members and gossiped about me , made up lies. Rude , slanderous, unethical , and unproffesional . Just an unbelieveable bad experience. I would like to add that I apologize for saying that my issue was because of this RE/MAX location. It of course is no fault of theirs that the agent, Lana Burke, is the one I had issue with. I should have made that clear.
