Lee Ann Thomas posts on her website that she is "God Fearing". She is anything but. That fact that she has posted this on her web site is a huge red flag. Both she and Sandra Sutton should not have a real estate license. Ms. Thomas looked at a few homes with me and my husband. We were hesitant to sign an agency agreement with Sandra because she was very demanding and wanted us to make a long term agreement. Considering we did not know Sandra we were uncomfortable with it. When we began to feel she was too pushy and dishonest, she would not let us out of our agency agreement and neither would her broker Lee Ann Thomas. We finally got out of it, thank God. I would run from any business Lee Ann Thomas is affiliated with, including her other branch in Melbourne.

Steve Sutton was an amazing Realtor for us! We have dealt with a number of them over the years and have never been more satisfied with the over-all experience of buying a home. Steve was prompt, amazingly so, went the extra mile in all matters! We moved from out of state and Steve took care of EVERYTHING on our behalf, including but not limited to dropping off our keys and doing our walk through. Great team 👏!

The owner lies for her agents—I said to the realtor-come back in 2 days and take the pictures., it was 2 weeks when he called finally., he supposedly was in the office every day too!—-that was Steve Sutton., I had Sandra Sutton at Mountain View Realty—-I was out of state when I contracted with her- I said go take pictures of the outside and when I get back you can take the interior pictures., 2 weeks later she hadn’t done a thing and when I called her back she then put an old picture from a previous listing!

Bonita Goodnight was exactly what we were looking for in a realtor. She knew the area and the property she was selling. She gave solid information on the current market. We are not from around here and asked many questions. She was patient with our questions about things that weren't issues here as well as pointing out things we would need to consider. Definitely recommend!

The people at ReMax agency in Mountain View Arkansas were marvelous. Mrs. LeeAnn Thomas and Mr. Todd Smith were the agents who assisted me; I appreciate their kindness and help more than I can communicate in words. God bless those fine people.
