I worked with Dez DeCarlo to find an apartment in the Boston area, and I highly recommend her. I was moving across the country and had limited time to look at apartments. After rapidly visiting a dozen apartments with various brokers, I toured a place with Dez. That place ended up not working, but she recommended a place that just became available that was perfect for my wife and me. Dez is very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She provided lots of info about the apartments viewed as well as a ton of info and tips about the neighborhood. If you need to use a broker, I highly recommend you work with Dez. She will find you what you need and be incredibly helpful along the way.

They are always there for you with great support and ready to answer all your questions and concerns. Other agents are also very supportive too. It is a genuine team atmosphere. Terrible experience with agent Sarah Martin, the only realtor to show our apartment that we didn't get along well with. She decided to do an apartment showing with less than 24 hours notice which we agreed to but then she shows up 20 minutes early without warning and does the showing. Meanwhile my partner had left work early and drove home to be there for the showing, of course Sarah was gone by then. She knew we wanted to be there for the showings but still didn't apologize for her behavior or for wasting our time commuting home and back to work. Awful communication and sneakiness without care for what we wanted as apartment tenants. When we contacted Remax we again didn't get an apology for Sarah's behavior and as other reviews here show it wasn't just us who had this unprofessional expe

This is my first ever writing a negative review online, but I believe it is well deserved. Sarah Martin has been repeatedly and extremely unprofessional, impolite, and unethical with her dealings with my family and myself, despite being given a number of "second" chances. I terminated business dealings with her last year as our Realtor, and even complained to her bosses at RE/Mas Destiny Cambridge. Sarah Martin recently contacted me again offering help find new tenants and to renew leases. I was open to start a new page with her since she was familiar with the property, but I realize I made a " huge mistake", again.
