As the buyer of my first home in Hewitt N.J. The process could not have been more stressful. From the final walk through required home to be cleaned out before closing to not receiving a house key at the closing. When Remax was questioned how to get into our new home and through the lock box. They hung up the phone and blamed my agent and told me to take it up with an attorney. Our agent eventfully came and drove far distance to let us in that night. Finally we get to enjoy our house and till the very next day. The next day we discover Remax wants to pursue pressing charges for $85 over a sign being destroyed that was picked up the day after the closing In the middle their 8 cans of trash left behind. I contacted them re. realestate, and here is my experience with Jason Brinker as my realtor. I asked specific questions about a property, and weeks went by and I only received an automatically, robotic-ally sent email, finally, praising his wonderful realtor qualities. I wrote back, that a quality realtor is one who actually responds to the inquiries, and he still never, weeks later even, wrote back or apologized. Neglect, would be my description of the service by Jason Brinker.

There are some good people here like Denis and linda . Unfortunately I had Jason Brinker a lazy bum he screwed up the paperwork twice when I bought the house . And he never showed up to show the house when I sold it I did the selling and the phone appointments he never showed up He DID show up to get his commission check Even then he was late IF JASON BRINKER MEETS YOU AT THE DOOR RUN

Be ware of the realtors from here if you are selling your home.... Be sure your contingencies are in the contract... especially if they are claiming to be a dual agent.... they wont have your interests in mind...
