My issue was complicated to say the least but Frank Calandruccio literally saved the day, and remained even keeled and confident throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs (and there were many) were met. Any recommendations he made for further work outside of his scope were totally stellar, he treated my family w kindness and respect and at the end of the day he helped us to sell our home with the best possible outcome.
