Never Met My Agents and Still gave them a FIVE start rating!!! TK Warden, Rachel Leary, and Carole Purser were fantastic to work with. TK had us sell our house for way less than the value. It was easily worth $460K, easily or much more and she had us list at $400K. She had a buyer and her office was dual agent. Her main concern was double-dipping for her office and getting a quick sale.

Horrible experience. We were first time home-buyers and TK Warden and her team were dual agents. We really felt that they didn't adequately care about our interest, just the sellers. Emails exchanges with Ms. Warden were unprofessional. We would never recommend them to any one or use them in the future.
