I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with Angela at RE/MAX Champion. In my opinion, her conduct and level of professionalism are unacceptable. She has been unwilling to complete basic responsibilities, including placing a property sign. She continues to use an outdated, generic lockbox, which reflects poorly on modern real estate standards and security expectations. Additionally, her open houses are poorly executed and ineffective. During interactions, she appears disengaged, and provides extremely poor customer service. Overall, the experience reflects a lack of effort, urgency, and professionalism.
