Called Jo about one of her listings (as a serious buyer, mind you), and the second she picked up, I was greeted with attitude—so much so that I had to ask if something was wrong. Her response? Hanging up. So I texted her, letting her know I’ve already bought three houses on that same block (a hint that maybe—just maybe—I’m not wasting her time). Suddenly, her tone changed: “Oh, we must have gotten disconnected!” Cute. Still wouldn’t answer her phone after that. Now, ask yourself: Would you want someone like this representing your home? Someone who ghosts potential offers and hangs up on buyers? Tried calling the company too, just to give her a chance to make it right. Crickets. If this is “professional service,” I’d hate to see what unprofessional looks like.
