Re/Max Capital City

I made multiple attempts to inquire about a rental listed on Zillow and was informed that someone would follow up to schedule a tour. Unfortunately, it took two weeks to receive a response, which came at the last minute. Despite the delay, I proceeded with the tour conducted by Sheila Smith. During the tour, she came across as unwelcoming and made several subtly discourteous remarks. Nevertheless, we remained interested in the property. Sheila stated she would work to get us into the rental as soon as possible, but ultimately, she stopped responding and failed to follow through.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Sheila Smith when I called to inquire about a property I was interested in. Unfortunately, her response was quite rude, which left me questioning her suitability as a realtor. Effective communication and people skills are essential in this field, and it seems she may be lacking in those areas. Fortunately, there are many other realtors out there who would be more than willing to assist me with my inquiries. I would not recommend her.

I was calling Sheila Smith about a $720,000 property as I am in the market for a new home, absolutely talked down to me, shushed me on the phone and was just outright rude.. I’ve been trying to contact re/max capital city for 2 days now with zero response… I would avoid this place at all costs.. it’s already hard for agents to sell houses in this market, funny they get in their own way and make it even harder 😂😂😂😂 lost my business.
