The experience with Ted Payne and his amazing team with ReMax started 2 1/2 years earlier, with my Dad meeting Ted just by chance. As we were preparing the home for sale my wife found his flyer and from the first phone call to the day the home sold, was a wonderful experience. I have worked with lots of realtors in my years as a property manager & Ted’s level of expertise, guidance in leading our way through a distant home sale was top level service. Can't say enough positive things about Ted and his team! We've worked with more than 5 different realtors on different projects over the past 2 years. Hands down, Ted is far superior to all of them. We had to work with him remotely and he made the process so easy for us. Home sale went really well using Ted Payne as our realtor! He handled all the hard aspects of advertising and showing the home and is definitely knowledgeable and efficient. He kept us well informed along the way and was great at negotiating with the buyer through their realtor, something we appreciate so much. He was also fair with the buyer’s agent which displays integrity and respect for the industry standard as a whole and it felt great to be in good hands through the whole process from listing to my father receiving the final check with proceeds. Ted helped us through our home purchase and it was hugely appreciated!! Ted took the time to explain the process of purchasing home, he shared his knowledge of the market, he negotiated and he made sure our interests were represented. I was so glad we had his expertise because there were multiple offers on the home after it had only been listed for a week. We needed to get a sensible offer together on short order. He assisted us through the entire process including all the paperwork needed for the home purchase. Trying to go it alone may have saved us a bit of money, but I don't think we'd have gotten the home we wanted at the price we were happy with without a good realtor like Ted.
