They will have you sign a lease and then wash their hands when you start having issues. We rented a place through them that was not following any of the city and fire dept guidelines for safety. We had to have multiple renovations in the unit while we were there to make it right. Terrible customer experience.

If you are buying or selling they house more business this is the real estate place for you they are number one in the area their main brokers are fantastic people very knowledgeable and go the extra mile on everything they do Russ Ingalls one of the principal partners has been top real estate agent in the area for 3 or 4 years running I personally know from using Russ as an agent did he really looks for the little details that makes the difference in getting your house sold or getting you into the house you want. Rosemary LaLine is the other principal owner this lady's got to be in her mid-60s looks like she's in her mid-50s she's the first one into the office and the last one to leave an amazing lady and very nice.

Russ and Deb are excellent to work with. Very responsive and extremely helpful as we were selling property from afar. They were great about checking on house and also patient with questions and requests.
