If I could give this review zero star, I would do so. Very poor customer service and follow-up. We rented a home in Lely Resort from the agent, Renee McDonald, who failed to follow through on all of the issues at the home we rented at 9099 SAHALEE COURT, NAPLES, FL. We ended up leaving the property early due to numerous issues including a pool heater that was not working. The broker, agent and owner acknowledged that the pool heater was not working, but refused to make amends for the 4 days we stayed at the home without the use of the pool. When I finally reached the broker, Steve, who knew nothing about the issues, he stated that this was not the first problem they had had with Renee and that he would take care of the issues.
