Sorry, nothing too positive to say here. Paid 50$ app fee and 22 to overnight it along with an 8$ fee for a cashiers check because they don't take cash! (they don't have online apps, don't take debit cards - not very consumer friendly!) Don't bother going thru this company unless you want to go thru a nosy, expensive, jump thru hoops application process just to be denied for ridiculous reasons (gave the cell phone number rather than a work number with an extension for my manager to verify my job, ON TOP of EIGHT pay stubs and a COPY OF MY BANK ACCOUNT BALANCES). Even after speaking with my manager my app was denied because it was a "cell" number and not a "work" number. Wouldn't recommend this business. I'm now out 80$, have no home lined up and my move has been postponed. Stay away!!

Sara Forst Griffin has done a terrific job finding us a rental too as well as selling house! Great communicator. It was an easy process!
