Working with Mr. Matt Irvin was the most disturbing and worst experience we ever had. First he played with us by sending us an email that he will renew our lease and 2 weeks later sent an email and gave me few days to vacate the apt. After I found an Apt and vacated the Apt we went for a walk through. He charged us around $135.00 to $150.00 for cleaning including $100.00 for washing the carpet. He told us if landlord decided to change the carpet he will not charge us for carpet cleaning. He deducted $200.00 and send the rest to me. I went toe the old address and the door was open and from outside I could see that somebody is changing the carpet. I've dealt with a lot of property management companies having lived all over the country for my career. Matt and Bea are easily the best that I have had. If my wife and I ever have an issue at the house, they are all over it and usually have the problem solved within a day. Definitely recommend using them whether you are looking for someone to represent your property or if you are looking to buy/rent
