I just used Deborah Knight to sell my mother's house. She is without a doubt the best realtor I've ever used. She was always 2 or 3 steps ahead of me. She is extremely thorough. She kept me updated daily about the status of anyone who viewed the house and any improvements that would help with the selling process.

We did 2 transactions with Angel. 1 buy and 1 sell. Without question the BEST realtor I have ever worked with. If I could give a 100 star rating I would. I have never seen anyone work so hard to get the job done-- (in any industry) let alone the real estate industry. Rest assured Angel and her staff will get all my future business............... read the reviews carefully. Often times renters will leave poor reviews of a real estate company, when most people do not rent from them but use them to buy and sell homes. I have worked with this company multiple times and have found them to be very professional. If you aren't going to use me or my firm then I highly suggest using them!

What a great experience with something that can sometimes be so stressful! Reliant goes above and beyond to make sure your home buying experience goes as smooth as possible. Their knowledgeable realtors were able to advise me on what was the course of action for my particular situation. If you are looking to buy or sell in Middle Tennessee I strongly advise looking up Reliant Realty first.

This company is crazy!!!!! They let my roof leak for almost a year. I now have black mold in my home. My kids have been very sick because of this place, and all they tell me is they will "get to it". Now, my air conditioning has went out and I, once again, am stuck waiting. My oldest daughter has asthma. She stays sick!!!!! Not to mention, I have met three different people that claim to be the same person!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! EVER!!!!!
