I have refinanced multiple times through Reliance First Capital. They are very professional, and follow up on questions very quickly. The team is great! I have been completely satisfied with Every transaction. They share all applicable options for refinancing and I have had excellent guidance. You are not just a client number to them. Chad has been wonderful, and whenever I’ve had any questions he has replied immediately and I am absolutely comfortable calling, sending a text, or email to him. If I get another opportunity, I fully plan to use Reliance First again!

Alex and his team were wonderful. We've been looking for a loan for over a year and because our credit wasn't that great we were always turned down. Through Alex and his team we were able to secure a loan and take care of some major home repairs in the process. The process took us a few months to happen and Alex was very patient with us while keeping us informed throughout the process. If you've been consistently denied because of low credit scores give him a call. If he believes you can qualify for a loan he will do whatever it takes to get it for you. He will also give you guidance on what to do to if there's a problem.

We had an excellent experience with Reliance. Rachel took excellent care of us from start to finish. She was attentive, trustworthy and personable. She is also very knowledgeable. She responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had.

Garbage company. Do not, I repeat DO NOT give this company your business. They lie, cheat, and refuse to communicate with you. They are a very very dirty company. They are there for you 100% until you close. Then they are answer nothing, they send your payment to a sub servicer who tells you to contact your Reliance, then when you contact Reliance they tell you to contact the sub servicer. No one will give you any answers outside of will you take my payment, and even then u have to jump through hoops. Very very bad company. I thoroughly regret working with them.

I despise this company. Pulled some equity from home I owned outright after retirement. After 1 yr I decided to sell the home but needed some additional maintenance $. Spoke with Reliance to defer mortgage payments to the backend of loan while the house is fir sale. A common way which is paid in full at closing. They told me they would work with me but filed for foreclosure at once. What a BS company. Luckily I paid 2 months to shut their filing down and closed on the house sale ontime. Look elsewhere!
