This staff are the most unpleasant demeaning and non helpful people I have ever encountered in the business of customer service! If I could give less than one star I would! I rented same piece of equipment at a different branch one week earlier and it was 1/4 of the price and I was treated with dignity and respect! Not at the Blackfoot Branch!! I would honestly avoid this particular Pro Rental at all costs!

I rented a forklift from them. I was told it would take a week to get here from another location, but it was here the next day. The equipment is well taken care of and works properly, the guys are friendly and helpful.

Wouldn’t rent from them again..rented a paint sprayer which was brand new out of the box, so I did my normal walk around when I rent something and everything looked good until I primed the pump and within about 10 seconds it dumped 2 gallons all over me and the customers floor. There was no gasket from the hose to the gun, called immediately to ask why this happened and Jordan from pro rental lied to me and said “he ran water through it so that shouldn’t be happening” if y’all had tested your equipment like you said And just been honest I wouldn’t be writing this.

There rates fluctuate depending on what guy you are speaking to. I was told by one employee 150.00 and the other guy billed my wife 262.00 and when I called to speak with him he goes on to tell me why. But if you notice on their website there is no set prices for anything and don’t send anyone they can take advantage of.
