Regency Towers

One of the best buildings for students and adults near campus! Safe and clean all the time. Plus they just got a beautiful new lobby! Would definitely recommend this building to anyone looking for a family friendly place.

Our old apartment managers were the best they always took care of things and made us feel welcome and happy! But ever since TLC took over we don’t feel that way anymore. So Many people have left since then and alot of us are leaving. In the last few months of tlc owning it we have had more issue and problems. Then we have had in the 2 years we have lived there. Roaches and ants are a issue. Swat has been in there twice. People are extremely loud and managment is not there past 11 so there extremely hard to get a hold of! There security take 30-45 minutes to respond so if something f happened its not safe. We never had any of the issues with our old management

We have enjoyed living here for the past year. My only complaints are there is only one washer and dryer on each floor. It's kind of expensive for an apartment but everywhere is right now. No dogs allowed, even ESAs and support animals. Cats are allowed with a fee. However, It was what we needed with the size and location. There's a ton of closet space and good sound isolation. Also the balconies are nice.

Great place for students attending SMS to live! Quiet study environment & great location just across the street from campus.
