On 12/21/23 as I was entering the gate entrance the gate malfunctioned and crashed my car. It popped my tire and scrapped the right side of my passenger door. Luckily I had neighbors that witnessed the incident and help me change my tire. I called the office as soon as it happened and went looking for the manager at her apartment to make my report. A male opened the door and stated she wasn’t home but would relay the message. I continued to leave messages and stopped by the office on a daily basis but it was always closed even though businesses hours state 8:30-5:40pm. I didn’t get a call back until the first week of January and all I was told was a report would be filed. It’s been a month and I have no update. I’ve called the corporate number multiple times and left multiple messages and

This place is roach infested . I thought it was a reasonable price but moving into a infestation was not what we signed up for . I’m really sad about this. There has been notes that Cecilia was rude and that she did not get return phone calls but I have not had an issue with that . She has been doing her best to resolve our problem and returned our phone calls always. I would recommend inspecting the room before moving in . I’ve had to pay out of pocket to get proper fumigation for the place to get the job done right because the contracters who spray for roaches don’t do a great job . I will say on a positive note the neighbors are super peaceful , everyone seems to mind their business , it’s family oriented , and the regional managers and Cecilia here are kind . I just wish this apartment

Roach infested do not move here

Be very careful!! The manager will try to over charge u for no damn reason or for any stupid reason, and she is such liar. It is very easy to catch her in her fu**** lies!!

Been trying to reach them for weeks, but they never answer the phone. After reading these reviews, I see why and I'm glad they didn't!
