I loved the shape of the apartment and all new flooring when I moved in, but that quickly dissipated along with that new floor smell. It became evident quickly that the entire place smelled of mold and cat urine, and when the management company comes into my unit to smell it they gaslight me, telling me it just smells stale and open some windows, or saying "you saw the apartment twice before signing the lease"- which is true, but again, the scent of new carpet and LVP masked the odor. Now I'm stuck in this lease (and have to move again in a few months) and everything I own stinks. My nose has not quit running and my allergies wake me up congested every morning. Additional perks include no security gates or doors in a not great neighborhood, so unhoused persons camp in the lobby (I understa
I lived here for a year, and I had no issues. Only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because of the general location it is in. Cons: not a ton of guest parking. And some of the nearby apartments are shady. My apartment was newly remodeled, and I only had to submit one maintenance request my whole lease, which they attended to within 24 hours. The staff is incredibly friendly. I was actually sad to say goodbye to them when I moved out. My one bedroom apartment had a huge living room that fit my 5 piece couch with room to spare. I also had plenty of room in the bedroom even with all my furniture in there. I can agree with some of the reviews that the walls aren’t super thick as I could hear my upstairs neighbor, but he was egregiously noisy. I’m a young female who used to work at 4:45am, and I neve
We have lived here for about 7 years, switched apartments once but stayed in the same complex. We are very comfortable here, and our maintenance guy Carlos is amazing! We do not plan on ever moving unless it is to buy a home. We will continue to rent here because we've found it one of the better rental apartment facilities in this area of Reno. My only critique would be the parking, but no place is perfect.
We lived at this complex for about 3 years. It was an awful experience. The buildings are very very old, there is definitely mold in the walls. We would feel sick on and off all 3 years up until we moved out. They had several weeks of cockroach infestations. I remember I was going to sleep one night and felt one crawling on my face. The maintenance team is absolutely completely useless. We moved into another unit and it took them six months of them coming in and out of our home to fix a bunch of issues in this supposedly "move in ready" unit. We are convinced the maintenance guys told the office they took care of it, when in fact they did not. We've had packages stolen from our front door, our neighbors also experienced this. There have been numerous occasions where homeless people would s
I lived in this complex for 4 years and had nothing but issues with this place! We lived in 3 different units and each of them just awful! The first apartment we were kicked out so they can remodel it to make 2 units. When we moved into the other unit they claimed it was “move in ready” and maintenance had to come in every week for the first 6 months of the year lease we signed! There is also been a roach problem at this property! When my roommates and I lived in the main building it always smelled like mold and we were constantly sick! Then there is the parking. The parking is awful!! There are no guarantees that you will come home and have YOUR ASSIGNED parking space to park in! Residents are NOT allowed to tow vehicles out of spots even if we are paying for extra spaces! I don’t know ho
