I love it here at Regency Park! I have been here for over three years now. Signed a new lease for another 14 months. Every interaction with the management team is always friendly and caring. Always attended to my needs and requests. Also, the maintenance staff is here to assist, friendly, and does a great job at any given time. Any issues I have had have been addressed promptly. I have no car, so it is great to live not far from major stores, local shops, dining, and Roosevelt Mall. The SEPTA Fox Chase Station is across the street, which is so convenient! My family and friends say how much they love my apartment when they visit. I find this place convenient to all the places I need to be. It's a clean and safe place to reside. I will definitely recommend it if you are looking for a new

They’re truly amazing and consistently excellent with work orders—every time I’ve needed something, it’s been completed promptly. I’m especially grateful for how clear their communication is and how understanding everyone has been. The managers are amazing, and the staff work hard to make things right. I lived in Regency Park for a couple years , the staff in the office is absolutely great , Juvi the Property Manager was always available to handle any of my concerns , If I place a maintenance request Alex the Maintenance Tech would call me to make sure I knew he was entering to make repairs i had requested . The property was always kept clean, they have cleaning company there 3 day out of the week so I was always happy entering the apartment lobby and going to my apartment as well as going to the fitness room . I recently moved because I was able to buy my first home .. so Juvi and Alex Thank you for a great renting experience,!!! I will definitely continue to ref people to Regency Park Apartments ..

dumpsters haven’t been emptied in so long. trash always overflowing as well as trash shoots, have to walk past raccoons at night because management refuses to have a regular sceduled trash scedule like all other apartment complex in the city. apology emails aren’t enough especially if nothing is being done.
