Regency Management

Rented from them in a place I had been renting from for years. Previously rented from John L Scott but they switched ownership of the building. I had problems with someone staying there who had contacted the company about being on the lease but backed out. They refused to pay rent and broke my personal belongings. I contacted police who did nothing of course so I contacted regency to help. They gave me an eviction notice instead of helping in anyway. No empathy. All they want is your money. Just like every property management company I suppose but I was in immediate danger everyday and did try at all just kicked me out so they didnt have to do anything.

Property has been ready for about 2 months, and there is no marketing. As an owner they were nice but had no clue for pricing, marketing.
