Regency Lakeside Apartment Homes

I have rented with Morgan Properties for many of my apartments & they are always on point! I lived at Regency before & unexpectedly needed to move back quickly. They helped me find a good fit while getting everything handled in time. Diana worked so hard to ensure that I could move in when needed. She's was/is so kind in answering questions and concerns. I love my apartment & the property it is always well kept. They truly care about their residents!

The apartments are larger and better appointed than others in the same price range. I know because I checked out online over 50 apartments in Omaha and LaVista. The grounds are lovely, maintenance has always responded in a timely manner to my requests, completing work quickly and are always pleasant and helpful. You must see these apartments!

Wanna know what sucks, waking up to no hot water on the weekend. Wanna know what rocks? David, one of the maintenance men. Another thing that sucks, coming back home on the hottest day of the year with no ac on the weekend. Wanna know what rocks? Dan the Mantainence man. Another sucky thing? A full dryer vent where your dryer takes 7 go arounds to dry. Larry got that covered though. As much as I hate apartment living, the maintenance guys here have definitely been great (sometimes they close out or ticket before their done, but they always finish the job!).

Long-Term Resident Review: Larry and Craig are the MVPs I’ve lived here for three years, moving on four, and while the property itself is beautiful and fairly priced (albeit a bit outdated in structure—particularly the ventilation), the real story is a tale of two experiences: the front office, and Larry V. from maintenance. Let’s start with the negatives: our first year was rough. When we moved in back in 2022, the unit was far from move-in ready—dust everywhere, caulking scraps in the bathrooms and kitchen, poor paint job, and a truly terrible carpet job on the patio that took three months of persistent follow-up to get replaced (see attached pictures). maintenance team is excellent — arrived quickly, super friendly, and polite. I appreciate the gentleman explaining the process/plan to me as well. Felt very reassured while the problem was being fixed!
