PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING RENTING/BUYING AT REGENCY LAKES COMMUNITY!!! The security guards at the front gate are very HOSTILE and disrespectful to guest and residents. Reporting to the association makes no difference as they are not any better. Not to mention the lack of parking space. There is ZERO guest parking overnight. You (as a resident) are not allowed to park anywhere other than your driveway overnight. They will tow your car immediately.

Front gate security very rude with visitors and people that live in the community when asking questions. The head of security calls guests names and curses when not on guest list etc. They really need to change or teach manners to the security. I live in regency lakes and when I asked why he yelled st my guest he said: I do not need to talk to you and closed the door on me… I feel ashamed of my community entrance and security….Lennie Plazure (Community Admin.) has been informed many times about the issue and no measures or actions are taken. I requested the video surveillance’s to prove the security calling guests names and was never made available of it… what a shame… lived here for many years never had any problems until Lennie and new security put in place. Security at front gate is very rude to arriving guests. Further training is needed immediately on how to speak to people appropriately so things do not further escalate. I believe they put the entire residence at risk with how they currently operate.
