In touch for almost a year and went there 5 times. Spent months reviewing all the models. Scheduled a meeting in March with a deposit in hand . I met with a salesperson who had no answers for many questions and she cut the meeting short to leave for the airport. The sales manager called the next day to see how the meeting went, I explained it was a waste of our time. I wanted to leave a deposit on a particular home site for one of their bigger units. I was told that site was coming soon and they would notify me when it was released and pushed me towards sites good for Toll Bros . Two weeks later I saw that the site I was waiting to be called on was on deposit. They explained they were working with a buyer who bailed on a early delivery unit and moved them into the site they were to cal
