Regency Apartments

Gotta say, I simply love this place! A true feeling of community around here but with not nosey neighbors lol! Any small issue we have ran into they have fixed for us with no issues or complaints. Karen and Helen are lovely and I couldn’t ask for better in the office!!! They do lots of cute activities and hold events for us all the time too! Recommend 150%!!! Oh and the best part, they love love love my doggie!

Helen, Karen, and Danny are great! They help us whenever it’s needed and we have enjoyed our apt complex for 2 yrs. They often do community social events and run free programs, food and take interest in their community! I really appreciate this as I’ve lived many plcs and in many states and this is by far the best one! Thank you for everything, and if I missed anyone thx to! Can’t say enough for them!! Pepper

We are visiting for the month of February from Ohio and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All of the tenants in the building have been very friendly and the staff in the office have been very helpful. Our apartment was clean when we arrived and Helen took care of the small issues we communicated in a timely manner. The location is perfect for access to shopping, dining and the great park system in Lakeland. It is our first time in Lakeland and having a great experience with our accommodations has made our trip stress free and very enjoyable. We would definitely rent at Regency again if our travels bring us back to this part of Florida.

If quiet, unassuming, clean and hospitable is what you’re looking for, this is the SPOT. I’m a Brooklyn, NY transplant who was looking for someplace quiet but not remote and this fits the bill for me. I had the pleasure of working with Karen and after just a few minutes on the phone with her, I felt like I had a cousin that worked in the rental office. She was kind, reassuring, thorough and made me feel welcome before I even got there. I opted for a second floor two bedroom so that I’d have a workspace/studio to write. My king bed fits comfortably in the master and I have room for a queen in the second bedroom. The nice sized living room gets good sun in the afternoons. The balcony is my spot for quiet midday snacks and sun. And the kitchen works just well enough for a guy like me that e

James Bradford I have been here a few months now im from out of state i can honestly say I LOVE it here. If you want to live somewhere its quite,positive surroundings the Regency Apartments is the place. The patios are literally the size of a room which are screened in means no critters while you are enjoying a good book or jus relaxing on it. I personally enjoy the night views myself...i even fell asleep on the patio one time lol. The maintenance crew are awesome you call or see them walking around tell them the problem at your apartment asap (A+) thank you all. If you want to take a walk around its beautiful and the neighbors are very respectful. I would like to thank Ms.Karen(A+) and Ms.Helen(A+) who make you feel so welcomed from the start. They are wonderful team...easy to talk to....
