Regal Trace Apartments

GPS leads you to a locked gate on the side of complex. Also it only has the complex address, but the complex itself has many different building numbers that Google nor GPS lists. Signs within complex are not very helpful, as they are scarce between buildings. Just a suggestion for Google and Regal Trace to consider for delivering to this complex. It's already a busy place with kids everywhere. It would help deliveries be more efficient if exact building numbers could be seen on GPS as well as around the property on more signs.

I’ve been living here for 3/4 years. I would not recommend this place. Nothing ever gets fixed. The plumbing is horrible. Mold in the walls. I can say a lot more but this place is not a place to live. It’s just cheap.

I got roaches in my car now this is nasty I’m sure we all have roaches in our cars now I see roaches just walking on the sidewalk like it’s a ant or something This is bad imagine having a nice car that has roaches in it omg this is bad

We have been living here for a couple of months and we absolutely love it. The units are large, clean and comfortable. The peace and quiet is invaluable. The staff is also very helpful (Denise, Patricia and Daphne) are always quick to help with any issues. Don't listen to the negative reviews. We're so glad we made Regal Trace our home.

I will like to first thanks the staff at regal Trace apartments, especially the maintenance guy and they are doing a wonderful job inside of the units!!All the staff. I have been living in this unit for about 10 years and for me this is a very safe environment for your family and your kids. I never experienced any type of major problems, if you looking for somewhere to start a family or just need a nice place. I would say this will be a good choice for you and your family.Love to love my regal Trace family 💜🙏💯
