I'm a relatively new tenant and I'm SO happy here! As a woman living alone, here are my favorite aspects of Regal Oaks: - Location, location, location!! It's within walking distance of some great shopping & dining! - It's so peaceful, quiet and SAFE. - The neighbors within the building are super friendly. - The laundry room on my floor is so clean and nice. - The trees outside my windows & balcony are gorgeous and give a sense of privacy. - The management is phenomenal; I enjoyed living at one of their sister properties before moving here. They take great care of you! - My unit is affordable and nicely furnished. - Each floor is separated by 10-12 inches of concrete -- so your upstairs neighbors can't be noisy! I am a current tenant at Regal Oaks Apartments. I have been a resident for years and plan on living here for many more years. Our property management company offer exceptional service, great amenities such as our swimming pool and laundry facilities on every floor. We have prompt maintenance service requests with all of my concerns being address immediately or within 24 hours. My neighbors share the same mind-set, and we treat our common areas as homeowners would treat their property and that makes a huge difference! My time at Regal Oaks has been absolutely terrible. The management does not care for you own safety, as they have not done anything during the pandemic besides demand rent be in on time. No mask enforcement in common spaces, no change in cleaning frequency. Even stealing and removing disinfecting wipes paid for by residents. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! The washing machines are constantly under repair because management refuses to purchase new ones, they do not fix any issues residents have. Our water pressure is abysmal, our dish washer doesn't work, our AC doesn't get nearly cold enough (to the point were we put in a work order and they cancel it, and don't bother coming out at all) and we've been told there is nothing that can be done. We pay for all of these amenities, and nothing works. Sa

I have been at Regal Oaks for two years. I love it. The building is quiet, safe and well-kept. Any time I've needed anything fixed or replaced, management has taken care of things quickly and quite satisfactorily. The building manager, Andrew, is professional and kind. I love my neighbors; I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

REGAL OAKS BEST APARTMENT COMPLEX IN TOLEDO!! However my tenancy here has been short (only a year) as I am relocating. Everything about this place has been superb. Any maintenance issue has been resolved within a day. The pool is the spot in the summer. Not to mention the location of the apartment building right off Secor next to everything. Laura in the office is an absolute joy also! If you're looking for a clean, not loud, laid back, community with a ton of nice people, nestled off the main drag than this is the place for you!!!
