So I've lived here for 3 years now and ever since we got under new management back in October of 2025. I have seen a big change. They are making our community look so refresh looking. Starting with new roofing and cutting down all the tree's. The look makes it look brighter and cleaner. I love the new valet trash we have now as well. Also with the new staff the are so helpful and super nice especially the manager Trudy. She makes sure she is able to answer all your questions in a timely manner and she is very understanding of anything that you have going on. If you're looking to move somewhere I would recommend. I'm planning on being here a few more years.

Shout-out to Jessica and the new management team Harbor Group at Reflections. They're working hard to improve the property and units, are well staffed and seem genuinely happy to help. I just recently moved out, and they made the experience stress free. I'd happily rent from any property Harbor Group manages. Thanks again!

This new management has been amazing and very helpful with my moving out. I left reflections at Virginia Beach apartment complex like two months after Harbor group management took over and they were already making huge developments to reflections at Virginia Beach and was already looking and feeling better. And also a HUGE shoutout to Trudy which is the assistant manager she was so nice and above and beyond also amazing AMAZING attitude.

Reflections has been my sanctuary for new beginnings since moving from Texas almost two years ago. While everyone has their favorites of any team throughout life, the Harbor Management Crew holds a special place in my heart. They're incredibly dedicated and have been instrumental in making the transition smoother and more enjoyable. The energy in the office is infectious, and everything seems to be moving forward at a rapid pace. Trudy Nichols has been my unwavering "therapist" and guide throughout my job search struggles. She's been incredibly thorough and to the point, never making me feel inadequate. Her guidance has been instrumental in helping me find peace during a challenging time.
