I lived at Reflections Apartments for 11 months. I moved here so I could be close to the college I was attending for the time being. Although Cherylin & Vanessa have always been a pleasure, my apartment was quite honestly, not an enjoyable place to stay. An inconvenience but not a deal breaker for me was the lack of ceiling lights in the living room and bedroom. No problem, I bought lamps for these rooms. Another inconvenience was not having a washer and dryer, but I made it work for the year that I lived there. Also, no matter how many candles or plug-ins I used, my apartment always smelled musty with a mix of smoke. I never had much issues with my appliances; dishwasher, stove and fridge all worked well for me. Maintenance had to come a few times for leaks from my toilet and AC unit, b
I’ve lived here for 11 months and decided to renew my lease because this community has been peaceful and comfortable for my family. Yes, small issues happen anywhere, but what truly matters is how quickly and professionally the team here resolves them. Vanessa and Sherine also there maintenance team have always been kind and treat everyone with fairness.I feel pretty safe We’ve gone through every season, and nothing has ever been a major concern. The location is excellent —have pool ,gym , lobby also close to Publix, TJ Maxx, the hospital, schools,Oak Mall ,Park and our church. I was once reading reviews and unsure , but I’m glad we trusted our decision and moved here This place totally worth it.also I met many people who still live here for more than 10 years :)
Welcome to the world of Reflections. About a week ago, we started an application process We toured the place. I thought it was great. Then we did the $50 fee to get signed up . We told our move-in price would be 1577 . They told us that Utilities were included. We thought this was gonna be great, especially with both of us being low income. We could still afford this. This was not the truth . Yesterday they sent us an email saying we got approved then sent over this lease. It’s now saying we owe them $2600. Tell me how it went up an extra thousand Better yet they wanted it by the end of the day. They told us originally the day our applications got filed was the day that they were going to use the price they offered. How are they decided to use the day they approved it making it go up
I had a horrible experience with Vanessa in the office. They took our money and we were later told that we were denied without any information about why. I had to call her back and ask her details, and she was extremely nasty, rude and unprofessional. We have never been denied from an apartment complex before but she decided to be personal and vindictive instead of factual and professional. I wouldn’t want to live out there as long as she is apart of the office staff.
Don't be deceived by what you see in the photos advertising this rental apartment. It is badly designed, dingy, and generally very bleak!! The staff were very nice and welcoming. We were offered coffee, or water when we went into check availability on the apartments. The moment we stepped into the unit. We knew we couldn't live there. It looks more as though it's designed for a fraternity, not a family! The carpeting looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in years. The leasing manager tried her hardest to sell. But, truth is it's hard to overcome, how truly dismal these apartments are!! ☹️
