Sidney at Reflections was absolutely amazing! Even while we were traveling overseas, Sidney helped us secure the apartment we wanted and made the entire move-in process so smooth. The staff was incredibly kind, and we truly love living here. Highly recommend!

The entire property is filthy — trash cans are constantly overflowing, shopping carts have been abandoned for weeks, and there’s trash scattered everywhere, including in the ponds (which are either completely empty or just straight-up disgusting). Gutters are literally falling off buildings, and it feels like no one is maintaining anything. The actual units look nothing like the pictures online so definitely do a in person tour before committing. They’re incredibly outdated, and the bathrooms are basically plastic pop-on shower walls that build mold and never feel clean. To make things worse, it feels like management has either given up on background checks or started accepting Section 8 without proper oversight. We had our air conditioning unit changed. Rodolfo as usual was very professional and knowledgeable. He had the job done in a few days with no hassle. We are very pleased to have such an amazing person at our apartment complex. Great job Rodolfo.

It’s been very frustrating to receive the runaround instead of clear answers or actions. My wife and I have done our part by submitting requests and following up, yet nothing has been resolved. I would greatly appreciate it if upper management could contact me directly to address this situation. Tenants deserve timely maintenance and better communication.

Had a leak from water heater in July 2025 - never fixed the wall/ carpet even though mold was present . Leaked again in January 2026 and took almost 1 month to patch the outside of the wall. Never addressed the mold issue.
