I put in a request in a week later I still hadn’t heard from them, so I saw Alex in the maintenance area and I mentioned it to him and he came over on the day I said was I’m always available because of my dogs and him and his partner fixed what was wrong with the Dishwasher? And it’s even more quieter than it was before so that is really nice. I appreciate his prompt work and getting it taken care of.

They are not good at communicating. My apartment had mold and ruined a bunch of things. They constantly overlooked it or told me it was "normal". They told me they were going to call me when they purchased more "dehumidifiers" to able to put some in my rooms, never did. I was the one who would have to reach out all the time. When moving out the place was literally clean I still have pictures and videos. Somehow got $80 back and there were charging random fees when those fees were included when you pay rent. I didn't bother arguing since I had moved cities and I know they were just going to have some bs excuse unless I went in person. Are they nice? Sure. Do they do their jobs? To a certain extent. They just tell you what you like/want to hear in the moment when in reality seems like they c

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO REFLECTIONS REPLY: My relative has called and emailed multiple times, and yes — to the correct email address. Your refusal to answer does not mean she hasn’t tried. The apartment was left far cleaner and in better condition than when she moved in, yet you continue to withhold her rightful deposit. That isn’t “policy,” it’s just another way for you to squeeze money out of tenants on their way out. When she was struggling with unsafe conditions, you ignored her. But the second she left and you couldn’t collect another dime, suddenly you had plenty of time to respond — only to accuse her and try to keep money that doesn’t belong to you. Your reply here is nothing more than damage control. If you cared about residents, you would have shown it when it mattered. ORIGIN

This is not a gated community. The gates have been open 24/7 for months. People constantly park wherever they feel like. There are cars that have been sitting in the same spot for so long that they're covered in algae, you can see it growing on the tires. The children in this community are a nightmare. Don't leave your stuff out.

Edit after response: They say reach out but are impossible to reach(after weeks and weeks). Completely unprofessional — zero communication after taking my money I applied on September 23rd and was told multiple times by three different people that the background check would be done within 24–48 hours. That never happened. I followed every step, including sending in my photo ID when their system link didn’t work, and never once received confirmation or follow-up. Over the next two weeks, I called the office four separate times and was told Troy would call me back — but he never did. Every promise of a callback or response was ignored. Now it’s been over three weeks, and they’ve completely ghosted me after taking my application fee. ( at this point the person who ghosted me was Kodie )
