One of the best decisions I've made within the past few months was moving to Refinery Row. Mrs. Stephanie provided a very seamless process. Her demeanor was so welcoming that I opted to apply without viewing the property so I didn't see any units until move-in day, lol!! In my short residency, I have experienced the best customer service, pleasant neighbors and a very welcoming community. Mrs. Stephanie is by far the best property manager I've ever experienced. I don't see me moving any time soon.

0/0 i tried to tour her a while back, scheduled an appointment and called when i arrived. knocked on the door. no one was there, no one picked up. now they keep sending emails about rent specials. how would i rent if your leasing staff doesn’t exist. waste of time and gas money. imagine what it would be like if you live here and needed assistance

Save yourself the trouble and sign a lease elsewhere. They need to get the property and the management together before asking for over $3,000/month in rent. If you can’t keep a property manager, can’t maintain the grounds (trash not being picked up, maintenance requests go unanswered, etc) or respond to your residents, then as a property management company what are you doing? I was one of the first residents at this brand new community and I watched the downfall over the years due to poor management. The homes are beautiful, but it’s not worth the headache. Constant crime that isn’t being managed either. It’s a shame because the property had a lot of potential.

Poorly managed. Took over 4 months (past the 45 days required by law) for this property management company to return the deposit and even then it was improperly calculated. Can’t expect much from these people - quite possibly the worst landlord/renter experience I have ever had. They left various repairs undone throughout our entire lease term. The neighbors let their dogs run around without a leash and can’t be bothered to pick up after them. Stay far away from refinery row and Avenue 5 realty. Once they lock you in there will be no way of getting in touch with anyone who can help you with your lease or issues with your house. The people who work for this company are among the least intelligent I have ever dealt with. Bums

Nice location in the heart of Brewer's Hill and on the edge of Canton. Easy access to all the new shops and retail. New management has been great. Having garage parking (can fit up to 3 cars...2 in garage and one on pad) is a major plus for living here.
