Would not recommend the finishing is not quality and the builder did a poor job around my mother’s unit. Few months in and the house looks like she’s lived there a year and she is the only person in the home and works 12 hour shifts.
Don't even do it. It's a reason they keep dropping the prices and its because the builder cut so many corners they can't sell them. I wish I would have just took my time to make my home purchase. My parents tried to warn me.
