Reef Club Apartments

We were treated like absolute trash when we went to apply. We were pre approved and went to apply in person. We were in the office for 4 hours. The lady kept helping everyone but us. She would go around the tables helping people applying and avoid us. She would go outside and take forever and dissappear just to come back inside and keep avoiding us. When she finally came to our table she had an annoying expression and would talk to us in a discriminating tone. Whenever she spoke you could absolutely tell she was aggravated and extremely annoyed with us and absolutely didn't want to talk to us but had to do her job. She had me write in a document the aproximate amount I make driving for Uber and I didn't know so I put whatever number without checking. I wrote a random amount which obviousl

I enjoy every min at the access center. Lots of fun activities Mrs Nichole does an amazing job with the after school program. Every enjoys all the activities she does for the community at reef club apartments. Also we have an amazing complex manager Mrs Erica is on of a kind. ❤️❤️

Next time you need to be honest with your customers made me apply pay an application for you to tell me we don't accept full time student. I waste my whole time getting all my paper for you to tell me NO. Next time explain that to the customer

I would love to express how Greatfull I am with the Property Manager Carmen Rodriguez for all her help and faith in me . I Went through a very difficult moment in my life where everything tumbled .And she helped me every step of the way Not judging but believing that it was going to get Done .my rent is back on track and my kids have a secure home . I Have been a resident at reef club for nearly 3 years and never have I had a Problem with Her or anyone in the office . Everyone is very Professional and willing to assist with rental/Maintnance issues. All Praises To the most high ! God is Good

3 weeks without AC in my Apartment and they did nothing they are mean they are selfish This is hell. I had picture of the lease so do not said it’s not true. Pool is not working Dirty lake Dirty community
