Reedhouse Apartments

**Update**Added a few pictures to show how beautiful this apartment is. I am grateful to be here. Reedhouse is a calm and beautiful place to live! I would recommend. I’ll list the pros and cons of what I’ve experienced so far. Hopefully this is helpful. Pros: the complex is beautiful, full of trees, pond views and river views. Tucked away so it’s very quiet except for wildlife. Right next to greenbelt access. Management is very kind, responsive, compassionate, and professional, and work 6 days a week. Maintenance is also very kind, quick to respond, communicates well, fixes issues in a reasonable amount of time. Apartments are renovated. Reedhouse apartments are so beautiful along the Boise River. Perfect location. The manager Vera is amazing. Truly the best! She is warm and welcoming. She keeps things fun with her great events at the clubhouse and her contagious smile!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at the Reedhouse Apartments in Boise. From the moment we toured the property, we knew it was something special. The apartments are beautifully designed with modern finishes, the grounds are peaceful and meticulously maintained, and the location couldn’t be better. What truly sets Reedhouse apart, though, is the people. Evan and Vera, the leasing agents, are phenomenal at what they do. From the start, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were incredibly responsive to all of our questions, kept us updated every step of the way, and have continued to be so attentive to our needs and emails—even after move-in. Out of the three apartment complexes in boise i have lived in, reed house is my favorite. The apartments themselves are somewhat older, but renovated well enough. I like that my appliances are new! The biggest plus for me is proximity to the Greenbelt and the gym/ sauna. I would love to see more gym equipment in the future. One more positive and notable aspect is maintenance. Zak and John are amazing. When I first moved in, I had a few things that needed to be addressed. They took care of these issues right away and were super super helpful. The entire property seems well taken care of and managed! The only thing I could complain about is one of my windows is old and it has water trapped in between its panes. AFAIK this is out of maintenances hands and it wont be replaced until every windo

The Reed house is a fantastic location for the price! It is right along the Greenbelt, and a lot less expensive than downtown apartments. Vera and Evan have been very helpful in the leasing office and Zak and Jon have answered maintenance requests within roughly 2-3 days, and have been available in a couple emergency situations so far. They also hosted a very nice Christmas party! The complex is pretty old, and it can show at times with the insides of cabinets and particularly the windows (basically no insulation)I also think the apartment could have been cleaned/turned around with updates better prior to us moving in. But they just said they would replace the 1990 dryer which is great news! I would recommend it here!
