We have been renting a property with Reeder for just over 9 months. Communication has been excellent, polite, and professional. Maintenance requests are attended to promptly. Travis, in particular, is a delight to communicate with. I have no hesitation in recommending renting through this company. They are top-notch!

Don't waste you time me and my family applied through them first they lied to us about getting a cosigner then they where horrible at keeping in touch also they where incredibly rude snobs I will never do business with them again they need to actually talk to people instead of acting like your try to get into a secret society and my wife and I have really good credit. We where told are credit was horrible ever though its not. I living in a place now where I pay my rent on time every single as well as my other bills they also got mad because we had a car for some stupid reason stay far away from this company they are bad news.

I am leaving this review as a tenant with a family who recently rented a property managed by Reeder Asset Management, LLC. I absolutely would not ever recommend renting with Reeder Asset Management if you can possibly help it. They are terrible at communicating with their tenants, whether by phone, email, or even in person. We have never once been able to discuss any grievances with our property manager despite asking for direct communication with her on multiple occasions. When our property manager left and we were assigned a new one, this was not communicated to us like one would expect it to be. Had Reeder managing a property for me. To their credit, I had tenants in it over the years. Overall through, responsiveness is slow and it was frustrating. There were times i had to arrange contract renewals and follow up on basic processes. Every tenant I had said they disliked working with them and I had good tenants that took care of the place. I have changed to another management company in the valley and wish I would have made the move sooner.
