I had been trying to sell my house on and off for almost five years when I was referred to Cathy Morse. She and the rest of the Reece & Nichols crew went beyond the call of duty to help me get my house sold. They did everything from getting the house staged to mowing the lawn for the buyers before they moved in. The whole team seems to work really well together, add in the willingness to communicate (both with each other and with me - I live out of state) and you having a recipe for success. Both sides of the sale of my house were handled by their employees. I don't think we could have had a smoother, better sale and experience. I really can not say enough good things about Cathy and the rest of the Reece & Nichols team.

We weren’t really sure what we wanted when our house hunt began—and my husband and I probably wanted quite different things—so Rhonda got to know our preferences at the same time we did, showing us a wide variety of homes until we found one that we could both agree on, which we were able to buy with her help. As a seller’s agent, she has lots of ideas about ways to sell a home and will do everything in her power to find the right buyer for a property. You would think if a homeowner was kind enough to allow an 8:30 pm showing on a weeknight, you would respect their time and try to be out in a timely manner. Unfortunately this was not the case when Tronda Wathen brought her client into my home earlier this week. After perusing my home, both maskless (Boone Co has a mask ordinance), the pair decided to hang out in my kitchen and scroll through other listings in their phones. I know all of this because it was caught on my security camera. As if this wasn't enough, when we came home, we discovered she had locked us out. She had not only locked the front door knob (we have an electronic keypad on the deadbolt), but she also locked the door from the garage into the house!
