Redwood White Lake

I lived here 3.5 years. The White Lake Redwood apartment community is absolutely amazing. This is a great location and beautiful neighborhood. The apartments are amazingly designed and extremely maintained. Management is super friendly, helpful and promotes socializing with food trucks and social meetings. The rent is totally worth the quality-of-life I was able to enjoy. I have nothing but good things to say.

We lived here for a year and the management team in White Lake is Top Notch! Mike is the jack of all trades, kind, patient and prompt to reply. Shawn in the office is prompt, kind and pleasant to work with. One weekend we had a power outage limited to our unit. It was afterhours but Redwood has contingency plans for these type of afterhours/wknd ERs. A maintenance member from a nearby Redwood community was on call and at our apartment within 30 minutes of the call. Problem solved. The property inside and out is well maintaned. Lots of care goes into the community and it shows.

Quick response to water leak. Further service repainting the drywall coming after drywall completely dries.

We needed to find a place fast as our home sold and our house we are building is not ready. Megan and her team have been awesome to work with! They have come right out to repair a few things. We honestly do not feel like we are living in an apartment but a beautiful home. In fact everyone that visits is very surprised how open and spacious our place is. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and would not call this an apartment by far. The closets are huge, pantry is bigger than I had in my house and the doors are all wide. Everything is super modern and up to date and I could not have found a better place during my transition. We are staying in the Capewood :) Highly recommend if you want a lot of space.

Manager Shawn made the move in process very simple to understand and answered all of my questions promptly. Mike from maintenance even stopped by to introduce himself and answer any questions I had. So far I have been pleased with my decision to move here (note to corporate please consider a discount for nurses thank you!).
