Redwood Volo

The management and maintenance team at Redwoods Volo is remarkable. Mike, our manager, and Mick, our maintenance man are both friendly and accessible. Their response time is minutes, not days! We are very happy living here.

If I could give a 10 star rating for Mike’s management of the property, I would. My stay here has been pleasant and that’s because of how Mike manages the property (friendly, cool, responsive and prompt with any maintenance issues). The neighborhood is private, safe and a great place to live.

I just moved in and throughout the entire process Mike the manager has been very patient and helpful! I find him to be very responsive and the apartments are beautiful, clean and well-kept. The neighborhood is friendly as well!

We had a wonderful experience from the showing to the application and lease process. Mike was extremely professional and expedited our move in. We are completely happy and satisfied. Thank you Redwood!

I was I able to post my review directly from the website when I moved in because I was too excited to move in 🤣 Mike at Redwood Volo was and continues to be an amazing property manager. Despite all of the changes that took place with the application system when I first applied, he was very helpful and made sure my move was a smooth transition. Mike and I have had some good conversations during this time and he always makes me feel like I’m right at home. Everything I’ve needed or requested, he has been on top of it. The maintenance team is amazing and has been super helpful as well with any needs I’ve had. I highly recommend this community and if all of the other Redwood communities are anything like this one, I’d recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you to Mike and the team here in Volo for m
