Repairs were done the day after they were submitted. Technician was friendly, courteous, and thorough, testing all repairs to ensure quality. Follow up made on additional requests by property manager via email. Excellent service!

Lawrence is so helpful and polite. He has done an awesome job each time he has answered my calls.

I really love the environment and team here at Redwood Macedonia. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. The surrounding areas has a superior selection of shopping and restaurants. And most importantly the leasing and maintenance staff is very responsive, super friendly, and knowledgeable.

We have lived here for 3 years. First 2 years were wonderful under property manager Hannah, however the new property manager Anne has been less than kind nor professional. Firstly , another tenant crashed their car into our garage and totaled my car and displaced us from the apartment for several weeks while repairs were made and no other accommodations were provided. I don’t feel safe in this complex. There have been multiple car thefts. Our neighbors vandalized our front door and we were told to get security cameras and nothing was done. The same neighbors then placed mothballs throughout the yard (only our yard) where we walk our dog. Our dog ingested them and had to be taken to the emergency vet. Nothing was done despite reporting these incidents, there has been no increase in security

My first 2 years were really good here! Ownership was extremely understanding, left us alone and everything was great! During our 3rd year, someone new took over and caused a lot of issues. They were constantly badgering us over things. Constantly pestering us with emails and calls, even calling saying this matter was “emergent” at times while we were at work. The new person showed extreme bias towards certain tenants and treated us with extreme unprofessionalism. The apartments themselves are solid! No washer/dryer just as a heads up. Maintenance man Lou is awesome, he does everything, works quickly and is very quick to respond.
