Redwood Lockport

Pros - location, luxury appliances and fixtures, great space, lovely neighbors, included garage, SO MUCH storage space, helpful maintenance and leasing teams. I truly enjoyed living here and would do it again. Cons - ZERO preventative snow maintenance and removal. Often times there wouldn’t be a plow out until 9 or 10am, roads were so slick I saw someone hit a tree due to no salt. Sidewalks were not maintained during snow, it was up to each resident to shovel the sidewalks and driveways. It was surprising how poorly snow and ice was managed on the property since just about everything else was great.

LARRY IS TRULY THE BEST!! He cares about his residences and makes you feel like family. He addresses all concerns promptly & professionally. He's the reason I believe many residents stay here. Feels like a real community.

This subdivision has grown with love ever since new management stepped in at the beginning of 2025. We have been here now almost a year and seeing the difference in the way things get done and the way the residents are treated and taken care of has completely done a 180. One of the reasons we were okay signing another year (we were going to leave in August) was because of Larry the manager. Now we just need a POOL and a park! 😀

I moved in a few months ago. I absolutely love it here. Larry the property manager is just awesome. He really cares and makes moving in a pleasant experience. He has already held a community event for residents this summer that was fantastic. I would recommend this neighborhood to anyone.

Service request(s) alway great, very friendly and top notch. Takes care of anything and Prompt Service at a time that is convenient for you. Maintenance deserves a raise. Thank you Redwood for hiring great people that have a great work ethic because IT MATTERS!
