Redwood Lake Orion

We lived here for 2 years after selling our house and relocating to Michigan from the DC area and it was great, the apartments are a decent size, have lots of storage, and have a great layout--plus there's the 2 car garage and an outdoor patio. The apartments are very well maintained and both Dawn Marie the manager and Dominic the caretaker were excellent. If we had an issue Dawn Marie took care of it immediately and if we needed something fixed Dominic was over in a flash. We will miss our apartment but we found a home to purchase so it was time to move on. The move out process was super easy, no surprises. If we ever need to rent again we will not hesitate to consider Redwood.

Moved in 12/2/23 first, contact was Dawn, who assisted us in Getting a nice Rental Apartment. Very Pleasant and Helpful & Knowledgeable, she showed the Model and fully explained all necessary details about renting a REDWOOD APARTMENT, very helpful. After moving into our Apartment We found a few small items that required Maintenance attention, nothing serious, and will be corrected A.S.A.P., so reaching our 70’s & both having health issues at the current time, we are happy with our decision to move from our 3 level Condominium to a nicely arranged single Level 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom, Kitchen, living area, and a nice 2 Car Garage. So thus far we are very satisfied with our decision to move to the REDWOOD APARTMENT COMMUNITY, Lake Orion, Michigan. Thank You Dawn.

We needed a place to live together with our 3 dogs. Redwood allows up to 3 animals so it was perfect. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. The leasing office and maintenance were very professional and really nice to work with. Special shout-out to Dominic for being very responsive and helpful! Dawn, thank you for helping us every step of the way!

I lived at Redwood for over a year and a half. The place to live is not so bad, lots of positive points and good management, but when your contract ends and you ask to leave things are very different. I received a bill for USD1300 a few days ago to pay for damages. Some of these damages are indeed correct, but others are quite unfair. I have by no means ruined cabinets and blinds and even damaged a counter to the extent that I need to pay for a complete new one. They are asking me for a completely new counter and renovations on cabinets and blinds that had already been used for years. I lived with used and worn out items and now that I'm leaving the property do I have to pay for them to install new ones? Very unfair. I'm waiting to receive a return at least so I don't have to pay for thing

Beautiful place to live! The management is wonderful (Dawn Marie) and the maintenance (Dominic and Wes)are top notch. We will renew for another lease for certain! Highly recommend these apartment homes!
