Lived here with my dad the last five years. It’s a nice home if you’re taking advantage of the schools here, otherwise all you have is 50 year old stoves and furnaces, no AC, rattling fridges, etc etc. And have $2000 ready for a one bedroom apartment. The big balconies overlooking the redwoods are nice. The creek which this complex is probably sliding into is cool too. And the place where the pool used to be.
Expensive, old apartments. high utility cost and no AC in the unit, old kitchen with aged applicants. you might get kicked out anytime after your lease over, they would just tell you they need to remodel, which is BS.
Beautiful Place . Very Peaceful and Tranquil . It's also very close to a whole bunch of Restaurants too .
