I wish that I could review with no stars, this complex is a maintenance nightmare!!! First, hvac heater went out the coldest week in Tallahassee and it took over a week before it was replaced. Complex didn’t offer space heater until parents called. Second, water heater has been going out since January with multiple requests for repair but no one knows how to fix a hot water heater on property so personal from another property came over to fix but could not due to so much sentiment so needs a new hot water heater. 6 days of absolutely no hot water and property manager excuse is they didn’t renew lease. So 24 hours after maintenance from other property said they need a new water heater and property manager hasn’t found the time to put in a work order. Third, water leak from second floor ba

Terrible experience. Look at the ac grills full of mold. I understand why my son was always sick. AC broke down and a window unit was left for month. He had to do a lot of the maintenance over text or phone. Dryer was constantly broken. Look at the dumpster! You think they will have more dumpsters during moving out weekend. Utilities are outrageous. My son lived by himself for the summer but somehow utilizes almost tripled. I tried to call the office and something or someone kept saying “ you are charged based on usage “ which it was not right as the usage of one person can’t be more than 4 living there during the school year. You can’t talk to anyone in the office as there is an AI answering service. It is affordable but not worth the price. Run away.

TLDR: Do not recommend, would not pay more than $600 to stay here, mainly due to management and the number of shootings that have been present at the location. Disclaimer: For full honesty purposes, I have not been the best tenant (I paid late twice), and I have a very harsh bias towards Redpoint due to past experiences with them. Therefore, instead of sharing my personal experiences, I will try hard to offer only facts regarding my time at Redpoint. 1. There have been three shootings in the past two years. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Trust me don't try to get a place here, me and my roommates have been trying to get a room here for the past 2 months. They tell us they have availability, first we were looking for a cottage, and we signed the lease for it. after, a month of no answers they switched it to an apartment lease. After another week, they told us that they didn't have space for all of us to be together. They were basically just wasting our time, while we could have been looking somewhere else, if there was no availability. Not worth your time.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Please read the warnings other people have left and do not live here. I lived here from August 2024- December 2025 and it was a mess. During my time there was two shootings ON PROPERTY, so just because there’s cameras and gates, it is not safe. Let alone we never got clear communication after the Labor Day one besides there was police activity at the pool. Also they do not care at all what type of condition you receive your living space in. For my room specifically I had a hole in the ceiling that leaked every time it rained and took them a month to fix so their solution was to give me a Home Depot bucket for a month, the walls had paint damage in multiple places, broken blinds, broken screens, and paint splatter everywhere.
