If I could give it zero stars I would. Never, have I ever live in an apartment complex where they don't take proper care of the residents and the apartments. Two years I've lived here and not one exterminator has come through; an unusable oven that they will not replace; carpets that's probably as old as I am; flemsy closet doors; inoperative smoke detectors; horrible and overpriced washers and dryers; leaky toilets; useless maintenance workers; unfit manager(s), and unresponsive corporate(s). A big tree fell in front of an empty apartment here, thank God no one was hurt, but it stayed in front of the the apartment for OVER TWO WEEKS before it was cleaned up.
